Li Chunrong, the lead lawyer at Dingyou Law Firm, graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1996 and further obtained a Master's degree in Engineering from Beijing University of Technology. He possesses numerous qualifications, including Chinese lawyer qualification, patent agent qualification, insurance assessor qualification, and securities practitioner qualification. He has worked as a mechanical engineer and computer engineer, and is proficient in both English and Japanese. He has worked in well-known domestic enterprises or law firms such as NEC-Chinese Academy of Sciences Software Research Institute, King & Wood Mallesons, China International Trade Promotion Commission Patent and Trademark Office, China Patent Agency (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., and Beijing Tianchi Juntai Law Firm. In 2012, he worked in Hong Kong for ten years through the "Hong Kong Talent Scheme" with expertise in intellectual property law, and founded Hong Kong Xinyu Intellectual Property Agency Co., Ltd.
